Lydite Rail fencing is electrifiable
Lydite Rail is easily electrified with a standard electric fence energiser. Lydite Rail can be electrified on the top and bottom wires by stripping off the polymer, exposing the wires and connecting to an electrification device. From this point, the wires are treated as if they were an insulated plain wire fence. Consult Lydite for the most suitable energizer, earthing and connection methods.

Lydite is a first-class superior conductor of electricity, its capabilities are second to none, with endless possibilities for fencing configurations when combined with Rail or used as your main fencing choice. High tensile wire has been skilfully encased with state-of-the-art, improved molecularly bonded conductive carbon thickly surrounded by UV stabilised Polyethylene. Lydite is the safer alternative to plain wire.
